Because all orders are different, we use an Enquiry Basket rather than a shopping cart. All prices shown in the catalogue include basic personalisation - ie a small, one colour logo on the chest. However, we can do other personalisation as well, which may incur an additional cost.

3. We review your requirements and prepare your quotation

4. We confirm artwork, pricing, and turnaround times - up until this point you are not committed to anything.

5. Once you have approved everything, and payment has been received, we begin production

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. We are happy to supply both small and large orders, making us ideal for individuals, small businesses, clubs, and community groups. However, orders under £100 will incur an additional £8.70 service charge.

What types of garments do you supply?
We supply a wide range of personalised garments and apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, workwear, teamwear, and more.

What personalisation methods do you offer?
Depending on the garment and design, we offer Direct To Film (DTF) printing, vinyl and embroidery.

Can you help with artwork or design ideas?
Yes. If you already have artwork, you can send it to us during the enquiry process. This will need to be a high resolution .jpg or .png file. If you need help refining your design, we are happy to offer guidance, or put you in touch with a Graphic Designer. Embroidery orders will incur a one-off digitisation fee of £15.00

Do you offer discounts for Scout and Guide groups?
Yes. As a Scouting family, supporting Scout and Guide groups is important to us. Please mention your group when making your enquiry so we can apply the appropriate discount.

How long will my order take?
Turnaround times can vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. We will always provide an estimated timescale before production begins.

Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We supply personalised garments and apparel throughout the United Kingdom. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail with costs dependent on the size and weight of the order. We will notify you of these costs with our quotation.

Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?
